Our Newborn Care Specialist Master Training and Certification is offered in two formats:

• Online Course: $1497 (self-paced online)

• In-Person NYC Program: $1997 (weekend intensive)

📋 What are the requirements to register?

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (passport or government-issued ID) to verify your identity.

⏱️ How long does the course take?

• Online Course: Complete in 4 weeks or less at your own pace. Log in anytime.

• In-Person Program: An immersive, accelerated weekend experience in NYC.

🗓️ How often are trainings offered?

• Online: Sessions begin monthly. Early registration is recommended—materials are shipped to your home.

• In-Person: Offered several times per year in NYC. Join the waitlist as spots are very limited.

🌎 Can I take this course if I live outside the U.S.?

Absolutely! We’ve trained students from Canada, the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean. International students receive a discount and will receive their certificates and materials electronically.

📄 What certifications will I receive?

Upon completion of the NCS Master Course, you’ll receive:

• Newborn Care Specialist Mastery with Infant CPR

• Baby Sleep Training Foundations

• Infant-Toddler Care Specialist (Bundle Program Students)

These certifications are included with your tuition.

📦 When will I receive my certificates?

Your official certificate package is shipped approximately one week after your coursework, activities, and final review are completed. For updates, feel free to contact our team.

In addition to our flagship NCS Master Course, we offer:

🧠 Is CPR also included in the online training?

Yes! You’ll receive family and friends CPR training, with practice materials shipped to your home. You will practice along with the training video and will be tested on your understanding.  This is a great refresher on the life-saving CPR steps and is included in your program.

💻 Do I need a computer?

No. Our training is mobile-friendly and can be accessed on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. A larger screen is recommended for the best experience.

🔒 Do I need a Social Security Number to enroll?

No. You are not required to provide your SSN for registration.

​

📍 Do you offer training near me?

We offer nationwide access to our online course and in-person sessions in NYC. If you’d like us to bring a training to your city, let us know! We collect interest by location and may schedule workshops in high-demand areas.
